How do I send my logo or design?
Through the product's personaliser. Recommended formats: high-resolution SVG, JPG, JPEG and PNG.
What happens if my design has very fine lines or thin text?
To preserve quality, we add a green background very similar to the colour of the mat (or the one you send in your design). This stops the fibres of the fabric from distorting the details, and the result is clean.
Can I send the design without a background and have you add it?
Yes. If we detect fine lines, we apply a default background (matching green).
Can I order a made-to-measure mat?
Yes, we make them up to 165 cm wide and in the length you need. Request a special size.
Which material should I choose?
We work with felt up to 3 mm thick: more body and a premium feel.
