The shipping cost varies depending on the country or region your order is shipped to, as detailed below. All prices indicated include VAT (Value Added Tax).
Important Note: When we indicate that orders are equal to, greater than, or less than €100 (VAT included), we refer to the total amount of all products in an order, **excluding shipping costs**.
1. SHIPPING TO MAINLAND SPAIN (Costs and Options)
You can choose between collecting your order at a CityPag/Post Office pick-up point or having it delivered to the shipping address you provide.

The total time to receive your order is calculated as: **MANUFACTURING TIME + TRANSIT TIME**.
3.1. MANUFACTURING TIME (Personalization)
- Standard Products: Available products without personalization. Manufacturing begins immediately (check product sheet).
- Personalized Products (Small Quantities): Variable times. Check each product sheet for the estimated timeline.
- Casting/Custom Manufacturing Products: Estimated time of 15-25 business days. (Includes design, mold, casting, polishing, and finishing).
- Special Custom Manufacturing Products: Estimated time of 25-35 business days.
- Shorter lead times: Inquire about availability and additional cost.
3.2. TRANSIT TIME (Shipping)
Transit time is the time it takes for the package to reach its destination after manufacturing is complete.
- Mainland Spain (Home Delivery): 1 business day for 24H shipping, or 1-3 business days for Standard shipping.
- Pick-up Points: The time frame may increase compared to home delivery. Please note the opening hours of the selected point.
3.3. FACTORS AFFECTING THE TOTAL TIME
- Payment Method: If you choose **Bank Transfer**, the order will NOT start manufacturing until the bank confirms payment. This can add 1 or more days to the standard timeline. We recommend using **Bizum** or **Credit/Debit Card** for urgent orders.
- Product Combination: If an order combines standard, personalized, or special custom products, **the longest manufacturing time will apply**. We recommend placing separate orders if you do not want to wait for the rest of the items.
- Special Cases: Delivery time may increase during specific times of the year (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), due to saturated workload at transport companies, or other force majeure causes (transport strikes, etc.).
