Here you can buy custom metal pins online in five shapes: round, square, oval, rectangular and shield. They are all made the same way: a cast zamak base (a metal alloy widely used for badges), your design printed in full colour and a layer of clear crystal-effect resin (also called doming) that adds shine and protects the image from rubbing. You choose the size and the finish, nickel (silver) or gold, and design the pin in our online editor.

What each pin includes
- Cast zamak base with a nickel or gold finish.

- Supplied in an individual zip-lock bag at no extra cost. If it is a gift, you can add a gift box.

How to order
- Choose the shape, size and finish on the pin's product page.
- Click "Customise", upload your logo or photo (JPG, PNG or SVG) and add text if you like.
- Check the preview. The editor warns you if the image resolution is low.
- Enter the quantity: minimum 10 units per design. The unit price drops according to the discount table on each product page. Then confirm your order.
Manufacturing time: 10 to 15 working days. If you have a deadline, at checkout you can choose "Urgent Personalisation": 5 to 10 working days. Shipping, chosen at checkout, is added to the manufacturing time. More details in shipping costs and delivery times.

Frequently asked questions about custom pins
Are you manufacturers or resellers?
We are manufacturers. Regalos JC has its own foundry in Spain and has been making metal pins and badges since 1984, with no middlemen.
How long will my custom pins take?
Manufacturing takes 10 to 15 working days. With the "Urgent Personalisation" option, 5 to 10 working days. Shipping, chosen at checkout, is then added.
What is the minimum order?
10 units per design. From there, the unit price drops in steps as the quantity increases. The table is on each product page and, for large quantities, you can contact us.
What file do I need for my design?
A sharp JPG or PNG image, or your logo in SVG. If the editor warns of low resolution, upload a larger file. Only have a photo of your logo? Write to us and we will help you adapt it.
Can I see how the pin will look before paying?
Yes. The online editor shows a preview of your design on the chosen shape before you add it to the cart.
What is the difference between a resin pin and an enamel pin?
A resin pin has your design printed in full colour under a clear layer. It accepts photos and gradients and is bought here online. An enamel pin is made with solid colours filling areas of the metal. It has a more classic look, is ordered to quote at our factory and the minimum is 25 units.
